• Late Snack: Usually served after the first two hours of the open bar and is prepared for 50% of the guests

• Special arrangement of tables and chairs: assembly and dismantling

• Includes 6 hours of service: 1 hour aperitif, 2.5 hours dinner, 2 hours open bar (1/2 hour for speeches, delays, etc.)
